Identi-Ties is a continuation and reclassification of Queer Tie Fort Worth. We are a rope group that centers Queer and BIPOC kinksters, with a focus on rope bondage.

This intentional and intersectional rope collective is run by and for POC, Queer, Disabled folks, and more, particularly in/around the Fort Worth area. Once a month, we want to provide a space for marginalized identities to get together– Rope Jam Style. Allies and partners are welcome to attend, but this night is intended to be both a beacon and a haven for our underrepresented rope fiends. From bottoms to tops, self-tiers and switches alike, we welcome those of all experience levels, but urge those with minimal/no experience to attend one of the many incredible Rope 101 classes in the area for a primer or refresher!

This monthly rope jam runs on a self-identification basis and relies on the honor system. We have faith in our community to give space to and respect those who are underrepresented in mainstream/local shibari.

Identi-Ties is dedicated to creating a safe space for all bodies, all backgrounds, all genders, and all ability levels. Consent and safety are essential, and discrimination of any kind WILL NOT be tolerated. We aim to create an affinity space geared towards Disabled, Queer, Trans*, Nonbinary, Black, Indigenous, People of Color in rope. We hope to promote representation, community, and a better understanding of ourselves and our fellow kinksters (and do some cool rope stuff at the same time).
